What is Nationwide Rapid Referral?

Each FordParts.com dealer agrees to accept orders within 30 minutes of receipt between 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. local dealership time, Monday – Friday, except standard holidays (New Years Day, Good Friday, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas). In the event your Preferred Dealer is unable to accept your order, it will be referred to stocking dealers after 30 minutes.

Your credit card will be charged and your order fulfilled by the first stocking dealer that accepts your order. Please note that other dealers may authorize or process your card, which may temporarily affect your balance and/or credit limit on the day you submit your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the actual parts purchase.

There is no extra cost for this customer service. Orders from a dealership which has sponsored you as a professional repair shop account will not be referred since your sponsoring dealer has already agreed to locate parts nationally, if required. Orders which originated as an Inquiry/Request for Quote (RFQ) will also not refer. Referred orders cannot be paid for by PayPal and must be FedEx “shippable” as noted in your shopping cart.
