For 2012, Motorcraft® continues its fast run in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing series. Motorcraft®, Quick Lane® Tire & Auto Center and FordParts.com will appear on the the Ford Shelby® Mustang Nitro Funny Car driven by Bob Tasca III, who is supported by his championship-caliber team formed in November 2007.
The Ford Shelby® Mustang Nitro Funny Car team is a three-time event champion with wins at the prestigious NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, Fla., Reading, Pa., and Englishtown, N.J., four runner-up finishes and 14 semifinal appearances. Tasca and his team plan to improve on their solid performance in 2012.
